Add global exception handler

Now, in case of fatal error, the software should not crash.
Instead, it should show the fatal error in the window and suggest you report it.

From v5.6.4, Implemented showing also the version above the error because users reporting stuff that may be fixed but I don't know because the version is missing in the report.
