Mannequin is a simple plugin copied from ByWater Solutins Kitchen Sink example. It is mainly intended to understand Koha plugin framework, and also test multilinguism.
It is also used for tests in Bug 25099.
make
generates the .kpz file you can then load in Koha plugins.
