BHoM_Datasets: SectionProfiles do not have names assigned in SectionProperties

Description:

Only the parent objects (SectionProperties) have names, while the SectionProfiles do not ("Name" : ""). This causes issues when one wants to use the profile without the whole property.

@pawelbaran If this is about pulling section properties from Revit, I suggest you probably ought to be using the whole SectionProperty, then changing the material if one is defined in Revit. The material listed in the library is the commonly available material for the section and has been set according to the relevant standards.
