We have been releasing patch updates to the Event Hubs library, the latest being 2.1.3, the next involving fixes to #6378, #6369 and #6118
Our EPH library needs to be updated to use version 2.1.4 of Event Hubs as the min version to ensure these fixes benefit our EPH users who might have pinned the Event Hubs dependencies.
Yes, I think this will be useful to do. It isn't strictly needed since installing EPH will also pull in the latest version of event hubs, but if someone is using a package-lock.json then they'll be stuck on whatever version was available when they originally installed it. This helps call out that there are improvements that benefit EPH as well.
