Application uri of the publisher should be unique for the deployment.

Describe the bug
The default app uri of opc publisher is the host name of publisher, which by default is "publisher" inside the edge deployment. Using the publisher id as host name was disabled due to it containing escaped characters which are unescaped in the certificate's uri.

Add the identifier as extra path from current urn.. -or-
Hash the identifier (with escaped characters) into a ipv6 address to use has host name?
