Write e2e tests demonstrating:

  1. Fees pertaining to DA costs resulting from private execution being correctly calculated.
  2. Fees pertaining to DA costs being correctly transferred.
  3. Transactions being reverted either due to app logic reverts or DA limits exceeded and marked as failed in the rollup.
  4. The correct operation of fee preparation and distribution functions.

Since we do not have L2 gas metering yet, fees specified as part of the transaction will be applied solely to DA gas.
