Investigate how to simplify the enabling of HPPS

Goal

Enabling HPPS could be confusing to some users. Right now a user need to go to Sensei LMS -> Settingts -> Experimental Features, enable the feature, save the changes, go back to the form, enable synchronization, save the form, wait for the migration, and enable HPPS. We need to consider other options like adding instructions or adding a step-by-step flow that will guide the user. We could also consider adding the HPPS option directly in the Sensei setup wizard.

• Evaluate the current flow of enabling HPPS and suggest ways to make it easier for the user.
