Unable to play bookmark when podcast unsubscribed and listening history removed

Description

If an episode is bookmarked and removed from listening history when it syncs to iOS it isn't possible to play the episode.

This is a bit of an edge case but came across it while testing and it would be good to fix.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open the Web Player
2. Find a unsubscribe podcast that hasn't been on the iOS device
3. Play the episode
4. Bookmark a position in the episode
5. Stop playing the episode
6. Remove the episode from the Up Next by clicking the mini player episode title and tapping the "Remove from Up Next" button
7. Click "History" in the side menu
8. Click the remove cross on the episode row
9. Open the iOS app
10. Tap the refresh button
11. Open the Profile -> Bookmarks page
12. Tap on the bookmark play button
    Notice that the episode doesn't play and the row is missing the podcast artwork.
