[Bug] Pasting at empty blocks resets to text block

Bug Description

If you paste text after selecting the block type with /, it resets the block to text block. It works fine if you type something first.

Even if it should reset the block type (I don't think it should though), if pasting with shift+ctrl+p it shouldn't change formatting of the destination.

How to Reproduce

1. In an empty line, tap /
2. Select anything other than "text" (ex, "Quote")
3. Paste a text content
4. See it resets the block to "Text"

Expected Behavior

It should keep the block as initially selected ("Quote", H1, H2...).
