门格海绵

Describe what this TODO will do - 描述这个TODO要做的事情

menger_sponge
可以无限吸水，不会变湿，吸水范围行为与普通海绵一致，还可以吸取熔岩（具体还可以吸什么流体增加一个tag控制）
没有方块数据不是方块实体，可以被活塞推动
