You will need MATLAB installed with the Bioinformatics, Image Processing and Statistics toolboxes.
- Start MATLAB.
- Go to the phenoripper directory
- Run 'phenoripper'
Binaries for windows are available from the PhenoRipper website
Note: The installer will install the Matlab MCR in addition to the PhenoRipper software
