Create a card bar to display the layout sets

This issue involves updating the card bar at the top of the new page to display the same layout sets as the existing layout set selector.

• Create a component that contains cards
• Display one card for each layout set (same layout sets as in the old layout set selector)
• Show the name, respective icons, and type text for each layout set
• For non-custom receipt cards, display a lock icon to indicate they cannot be opened/clicked
• Redirect to the designer page (old Utforming page) when clicking a card

I haven't had the chance to work on this yet, but yes, I can see that it could be relevant to set the data model at each task. You can probably set the settings on each task in data model tab. I think that's easier, rather than something you choose in the bar above here.
My idea was that you would just click on it top bar to open the design. I am not sure about this. Maybe it’s useful to select the task in the bar and then bring up the settings for that specific task. I need to work on this further.

we should add to the task list that we need to figure out how the connection between editing layoutset, the option to rename the layout set, and the data model linking should work and where it should be located in this page
