Description of the bug

An error occurs when multiple table columns are deleted rapidly. This is probably caused by a missing lock.

@mlqn I am only able to reproduce this error on the endpoint for text-keys/nb.json. Which should be solved by #14561

Is this also happening for other endpoints? I noticed the screenshot shows SaveFormLayout, but i'm unable to reproduce this.

I was not able to reproduce the issue either. Closing as #14561 seems to fix the issue
