Possibility to edit individual code lists in the content library

Users should have the possibility to view and edit the contents of the code lists in the code list editor.

Acceptance criteria

• It is possible to view and edit the contents of any available code list in the content library

Out of scope

• Possibility to edit the ID's of the code lists
• Possibility to delete the code lists

Implementation details

We should use the StudioCodeListEditor component to implement this.
