Dashboard variables are not converted in Explore queries to values #346

If we make a jump to Explore then a query is passed as it is without replacing dashboard variables by values.

e.g.
It's used variable $service_name and should be replaced by a value 'pxc_node_8.0_18.188.39.11_3'

It's possible to get data if the variable is replaced by a value manually.
