The html2text tests are failing on Windows and on Cygwin due to differences in eol handling between windows/*nix #160

The tests are trying to remove the extra \r from samples, but the logic is not sufficient.
I'm preparing a pull request.

Version by 2016.9.19
Python version 2.7.2
