I can't get the project running

Hello, I am new to javascript and I am very interested in this project, but I still have not been able to make it work on my PC, I have downloaded several versions of it and I cannot update the libraries, it shows me a lot of errors as if they were wrong or the corrupted file. I really don't know what to do anymore.
