Issue with Apotheosis Enchantment

What happened?

Apotheosis adds an enchantment for bows named "Endless Quiver" which makes any kind of arrow into an Infinity version of it. Only 1 dragonbone arrow should be needed, but it doesn't. I adressed this incompatibility with them, and said it can't be fixed on their side, but, citing them:
"it is fixable if I&F calls super.isInfinite appropriately"
So I thought I might tell u.
