Reload dependant zen namespaces in dev mode on zen project save

Problem I need to solve

When I am working with two zen modules. Let's call them sdc and controls, also controls imports sdc.
When I change sdc aidbox reloads only sdc module, however controls should be reloaded as well.

Solution I see

As a workaround, I can resave controls manually. However, when I am working with multiple namespaces it may be tricky to identify all of them. In this case, reload all namespaces button helps a lot.

• add rpc and ui button to reload zen
• add to documentation
