Don't mention the words Akonadi and Resource in user-visible strings #82

This is a usability issue.

The user doesn't know (and shouldn't need to know) what "akonadi" or "resource"
mean. They shouldn't be presented with those technical terms, it just makes
the user interface less intuitive.

I suggest renaming the strings in the .desktop files from "Akonadi Google
Contacts Resource" and "Akonadi Google Calendar Resource" to "Google Contacts"
and "Google Calendar".
