akonadi-googledata cannot retrieve items

I have a problem with Akonadi which fails to synchronise correctly with Google 
Calendar and Contacts. In ~/.local/share/akonadi/akonadiserver.error, I have 
multiple entries of:

ItemRetrieverException :  Unable to retrieve item from resource: Did not 
receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a 
reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout 
expired, or the network connection was broken.

The user and password were verified. When I use a tool like gcalcli, I can 
access my calendar, so I suppose it is a something related to akonadi's plugin 
for Google.
