[BUG] Data quality: Mixed URLs in unified view #1

When data is generated multiple URLs are linked to each person, this seem to be mixed because of an id mismatch.

Check the person json in the latest generation https://github.com/Abrimos-info/api-politica-bridge/actions/runs/10804453285
