[Feature Request]: Choose Mask Color for Inpainting #7376
Comments
isnt this inpaint color sketch? |
No, as I understand it Inpaint Color Sketch takes the colors you paint on the image and does something with them that effects the new rendered image, all I am looking for is a mask tool that isn't always black for when you paint it on a dark image. |
We need this feature for convenience of doing inpaint in black background. Facing the same problem! |
Would be a nice feature indeed, I have looked into this but could not find anything in the gradio documentation so I do not think this is possible with the normal |
https://github.com/richrobber2/canvas-zoom This extension does exactly what is requested :) |
Upstream improvements in Gradio and #12326 now implement this. Closing. |
Is there an existing issue for this?
What would your feature do ?
Very simple (hopefully); when painting a mask using the mask tool it is always black paint, and on a dark image it is difficult to see where the mask is being painted / if you've missed any bits. A color picker like in the Sketch tool that does not actually effect the final result but makes painting a mask on a dark image more visible would be handy.
Proposed workflow
Visit the Inpainting Tool
As in the Sketch tool, click the color picker that changes the mask paint color.
Paint mask more visibly..
