Error when following Installation instructions

When following the README instruction I can not execute: " crewai install"

error message:
crewai install

error: No `project` table found in: `/home/sofia/Desktop/experiments/harald/SolidityStrikeHive/pyproject.toml`
An error occurred while running the crew: Command '['uv', 'sync']' returned non-zero exit status 2.

Some relevant facts:

I am using python 12.3.2,
crewai is part of the poetry package

Could you double-check the instructions ?
