Need to update the default CO2 value from 350ppm to 420ppm. #9582

What happened?

The default CO2 value is set to 350ppm. This can be overridden by using the CO2Value component, however, the default needs to be updated to match the current CO2 value of 420ppm.

What Operating System are you on?

Hi,
Can I just ask for clarification on what default value we are talking about (ie is this in the weather component or elsewhere?)
