Message API for returning gravitational constant as a SCQuantity

Candidate class-side method usage:

  • SCPhysicalConstant gravitational
  • SCQuantity gravitationalConstant

Will wait for next PolyMath release to close this issue, as class-side accessor method for gravitationalConstant was recently added, as per PolyMathOrg/PolyMath#212
