test before a chunk is sent

Hi Guys

I'm debugging in chrome dev tools and noticed you are testing (sending a GET request) for the existence of a chunk before one actually exists? which is generating a lot of 404 messages in the console?

Yup, the test is a pretty big part of the method uploads are made resumable, you can read more about this at:

The latter also prescribes a way of avoiding the message in consoles by returning 204 No content instead of 404 Not found
