Idea: Settings file

To keep the core of the repo more stable and easy to update, move custom things into a settings area.

Things like site title, URL to ping, ping interval, etc. would ideally be in separate settings. That way if folks Sync Fork, it's just the settings that would conflict and not random parts of the code.
