Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Distributor has a process to build a ZIP archive for each release (that's partially helpful in our plugin updating / registration emails for Distributor). We should look to mimic that here in ClassifAI so that releases also include a similar classifai.zip file. There should be a step in the Distributor release workflow that we can mimic here in ClassifAI.

See an example distributor.zip file here: https://github.com/10up/distributor/releases/tag/1.7.1.
See no classifai.zip file here: https://github.com/10up/classifai/releases/tag/1.7.3
