배너는 자동 업데이트 또는 스크롤되어야 함

추가 정보:
10초동안 마우스를 올려놓지 않으면 자동 스크롤

테스트 결과:
macOS 운영체제에서는 자동 스크롤 안 됨

High Sierra 10.13.6
Chrome Version 91.0.4472.77
Safari Version 13.1.1 (접속 안됨)

운영체제란 변수만 바꾼 결과 정상 작동 (Windows 10 Version 2004, 동일한 Chrome Version, 윈도우용 Safari 테스트 안함)
