Wait for dev task to output before running example app dev task

Summary

I have example app and few publishable packages. when i run turbo dev on clean repo example app fails to import anything from packages because dist is empty because all dev task run in parallel. is there wau to specify example dev task to wait for output of packages dev task before start? all dev task are in watch mode

You could modify your turbo.json to specify that the dev task in example should depend on the dev task in packages e.g.

"dependsOn": ["^dev"] means the dev task of example app depends on the dev task of its dependencies.
