Describe the mistake
The logistic loss is not strongly convex, it's only convex. You can show this via, e.g., the second-order condition for strong convexity. See here: https://math.stackexchange.com/questions/3149154/how-to-prove-the-logistic-loss-function-is-strongly-convex

Suggested change
Remove the word "strongly".
