gh-pages link persistance issue

Opens fine and all is working until you want to reload the page.

Expected behavior is open presentation at the same page.
Actual - 404

Hi! Thanks for opening that.

This is a known problem of Spectacle (FormidableLabs/spectacle#160) on which my presentation was built. I will try to hack a fix just for my case when I have time
