The latest update to the Ethereum 2.0 specification (release 0.9.0) removes the
Transferfunctionality completely from Phase 0 (see ethereum/consensus-specs#1443).Beacon Fuzz currently supports transfers, which are no longer part of the specification. This fuzzer should be removed.
