Adding support for pitytracker website?

I have a fork where I upload packs opened to pitytracker.com
Called from here

The upload logic is here

It required adding an abbreciation (to get the names pitytracker will use for each expansion) to the locales

To use the user would need to add their session cookie from pitytracker.com and an authenticity token as well.

It's a bit clunky usage but no way around it for now. So I understand if you wouldn't want this feature in your fork. If you do let me know and I can make a pull request (or you can just grab the code from my fork too - whichever you want)
