Multi-account support

I have more than one account.
I managed to get it working by closing and renaming the "Pack Tracker" data folder between several ones.
Could this be considered for a future feature (there really SEEMS very easy to implement ;)

• Everytime entering pack opening UI (in game), all packs that does not have an owner will be linked to current account.
• History from all accounts will be stored in the same file.
• Same BattleTag from different region will be considered different accounts.
• A new menu item PLUGINS - Pack Tracker - Switch Account can be used to set/override current account.
  • Tried a little bit and have no idea how WPF works 😢
