I would love it if tagfish could work with mutable partial-version tags (e.g. "2.3"), and just update the SHA256 component, e.g. updating

ruby:2.3@sha256:a5ebd3bc0bf3881258975f8afa1c6d24429dfd4d7dd53a299559a3e927b77fd7

to

ruby:2.3@sha256:091d0e44ddc132daeb8e90bf07986c873d5814400336e5e32247b95571ccc879
