Create a job page & admin functionality to go with it #264

The design can be similar to event page.

Admin side:
As an admin I should have an ability to add a new job with the following details:

company logo (will come from s3, same as sponsor logos)
job title
job desc
contact email
active checkbox

User facing side:

company logo (will come from s3, same as sponsor logos)
job title
job desc
contact email
posted at (well created at really)
pagination

design will be provided as soon as someone picks this up :) but header and header picture will be the similar to how the event page is
