Create markdown token to grab canonical/specified pub title

Motivation

So users can use the Pub title in markdown and benefit from the user-selectable title field

Requirements

• Creates a markdown shortcode for grabbing the "title" of the pub, as specified
• Should fallback the same way as the pub title query falls back if no title field is specified
