Tried to deploy the Lern Flink jobs with the below build
Build/Lern/LernFlinkJobs
https://github.com/Sunbird-Lern/data-pipeline.git
release-5.0.1

i am using checkpoint storage type as s3.
Deployed one job collection-cert-pre-processor

Getting the below error

@ddevadat Pls make sure the tech stack installed are the same as those mentioned in this link Techstack
The error "Detected incompatible version of Guava in the classpath. You need 16.0.1 or higher" seems to be a version issue.

@ddevadat : As per the build log, all the guava version imported are above 18. Can you please check the dependency tree by using the below command in the container where this flink job is running?

mvn dependency:tree

Also can you let me know after rebuild, the job is failing again?

@ddevadat : Can you please check if Cassandra cluster nodes are running fine and it is open for the Flink cluster?
Also can you please check the Cassandra host and port in the jobs config map?

@ddevadat @Krishnaj20 : The code block which throws an error will be executed when the Flink job is killed or there is any exception in the job on runtime. If there is any issue with event, InvalidEventException will be thrown while job getting aborted.

Also, after checking the dependency tree of the job, there is no Guava library imported with a version below 16.0.1.
This issue could also occur when there is any issue in the Cassandra cluster or in its accessibility from k8s.

I used presto jar in the build job and presto startup flags in the deployment

I deployed one job assessment-aggregator and its creating checkpoints properly and no restarts yet for runtime of about 13 min

Is there a way to test this by injecting some test event to the kafka queue...just to ensure that we dont get that cassandra.datastax issue

@ddevadat We can use sample events to verify by pushing into kafka producer in the job's topic.
