Document using json for Mosca config

If you're doing a standalone installation of Mosca, it seems weird to me that you have to npm install mosca along with your config.js file. It would be nice to have the option to have the config as json. Maybe this could be a part of the refactor for moscajs/ascoltatori#81 ?

As #171 is merged in and released, I think it can already be a json. Would you fancy trying?
