Fullcalendar is now at 2.1.1? Could you update the npm module to that version?

I'm going to do that soon, but i'd like to see if fullcalendar/fullcalendar#179 is going to be solved before... if it does, you can simply npm install https://github.com/arshaw/fullcalendar/archive/v2.1.1.tar.gz
