Mise doesn't seem to be using the value of python.default_packages_file

I've got this in my ~/.config/mise/config.toml:

However, it doesn't seem to be functioning - when I ran mise install python, it didn't install any pip packages besides pip itself:

(Perhaps I should make it a separate issue/discussion; but also, the Node plugin handling of default-packages clearly doesn't match the Python handling. Here's hoping for [settings] node.default_packages_file so I can minimize environment variables!)
