Where does mise get the default path from?

(On a mac) After mise activate zsh has been run, my $PATH has these in it:

/Users/pjaspers/.local/share/mise/installs/ruby/3/bin:/usr/local/bin:/System/Cryptexes/App/usr/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/var/run/com.apple.security.cryptexd/codex.system/bootstrap/usr/local/bin:/var/run/com.apple.security.cryptexd/codex.system/bootstrap/usr/bin:/var/run/com.apple.security.cryptexd/codex.system/bootstrap/usr/appleinternal/bin:/Library/Apple/usr/bin:

Where is it finding those from? (mainly the apple ones) My __MISE_ORIG_PATH doesn't have any of these, and I would like to avoid putting in /usr/bin/ in front of my original path (because then i have old system git instead of homebrew git)
