Since the project is still in a very early stage there are not many rules to follow. However, this document should be expanded soon, to help new contributors entering the project.
If you want to report a bug, please include as much information as possible
like version, operating system and so on. Also, if you want to report a crash,
make sure to add the output as given by cook -v.
There are currently no specific guidelines for creating a pull request. Just follow common sense and it should be fine.
