Failed message when importing DDI xml file

Getting Failed import messages when the DDI is actually imported

1. From My Projects I click Import and select the DDI xml file available here https://catalog.ihsn.org/catalog/7239
   The following message is displayed
   
   but the metadata is actually imported
   
   There are a few fields that do not show up in the imported metadata as reported by Tefera incl alt_title and scope.

2. If I create a microdata project, go to the top right corner and select Metadata /Import project metadata and select the DDI xml file to import,
   I get the message below
