Publish Hybridly VSCode Extension to Open VSX

Thanks for all the awesome work on the Hybridly VSCode extension! It’s been super helpful, and I really appreciate the effort you’ve put into it.

I was wondering if you’d consider publishing the extension to Open VSX. This would make it available to folks using VSCodium and other IDEs that rely on Open VSX instead of the Microsoft Marketplace.
