Wrong Item gets selected When Switching to Unmatched Tab Immediately After adding new count in between scrolling animation

Current behavior

When a user searches for an item in the "All" tab and no match is found, a new record is created. However, if the user immediately switches to the "Unmatched" tab before the new product is fully added in between scrolling animation, incorrect item details are displayed on the UI.

Expected behavior

Newly created item should be selected or the first item on the unmatched product
