What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

The enhancement is aimed at providing consistency and a more intuitive user experience across the Cycle Count App.

What are the acceptance criteria?

Ensure the selected facility chip is consistently displayed across all tabs(draft, assigned, pending review) within the filter option when facility is selected.
