Describe the bug
The add_basic_constraints parameter is not documented on the PKI API page. The add_basic_constraints parameter was added as a part of #4163. We were able to find the the code reference and blindly test based on a search that landed us on #3883.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load PKI API page
  2. Navigate to Generate Intermediate

Expected behavior
Include a reference and description of the add_basic_constraints parameter
